Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
  • Generate regular reports and reviews containing sales and financial data.
  • Ensure adequate stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, handling customer complaints or objections professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
  • Quick learner with a strong passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).
