Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, presentable, and proactive Assistant Manager – Client Servicing to join our team. The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can independently manage client relationships, and brings a creative sensibility to everyday problem-solving. You will be the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients, responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, expectation management, and revenue growth on your accounts.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, design, digital, production), ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables.

• Own end-to-end project management for assigned accounts, from brief to delivery, with full accountability on timelines, quality, and budgets.

• Proactively manage client expectations, flag risks early, and present solutions before problems escalate.

• Develop and present creative briefs to internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships that drive trust, retention, and organic account growth.

• Coordinate with production vendors, media partners, and external collaborators to ensure flawless execution across print, digital, and experiential projects.

• Prepare client presentations, status reports, meeting notes, and cost estimates with attention to detail and professional standards.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to add strategic value in client conversations.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising quality or composure.

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and bring a fresh perspective to campaign development.


Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in client servicing at an advertising agency, creative agency, or integrated marketing communications firm. Agency experience is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present to senior client stakeholders.

• Presentable, poised, and professional in demeanour. You represent the agency in every client interaction.

• Strong creative sensibility and genuine interest in advertising, design, and brand communication.

• Proven ability to manage client expectations, navigate difficult conversations, and handle pressure situations with maturity.

• Highly organised with strong project management instincts and the ability to juggle multiple accounts.

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with project management and collaboration tools.

• Some level of proficiency in using AI tools will be preferred. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
