Account Specialist

🚨 We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong experience in Tally Prime and Petpooja POS to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and reconciliation of Swiggy & Zomato platforms.

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2+ years

Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant / F&B preferred

Salary: Best in Industry

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime

• Manage accounting and data integration from the Petpooja POS system

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings

• Manage Swiggy & Zomato accounting, including:

• Order-wise reconciliation
• Settlement verification
• Checking commissions, discounts, taxes, and payouts
• Match Swiggy/Zomato reports with Petpooja and Tally data
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
• Prepare MIS reports and support monthly closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance

Required Skills:

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Petpooja POS (mandatory)

✔ Proficiency in Tally Prime

✔ Good understanding of GST & TDS compliance

✔ Experience managing Swiggy & Zomato accounting

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel

✔ High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

Experience with inventory accounting linked to Petpooja POS

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
