Role- Channel Sales Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Channel Sales

Location : Lucknow (Base) Responsible for entire Uttar Pradesh

Experience : 5 to 8+ Years

Salary: 50,000 to 90,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Industry Preference : Shuttering Plywood, Plywood, or Sanitary

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive market penetration and strengthen the distribution network for shuttering plywood across Uttar Pradesh. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to dealer management, market expansion, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development Management: Identify, appoint, and nurture a strong network of dealers and distributors across Uttar Pradesh.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence in both existing and new territories. Secondary Sales Growth: Ensure consistent stock movement from dealers to end customers by supporting dealer sales efforts.
  • Market Intelligence Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activities (including brands such as Rama, Magnus, Black Cobra, etc.) and analyze regional market trends to inform strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior experience working with shuttering plywood brands (e.g., Rama, Magnus, Black Cobra).
  • Strong understanding of the UP dealer and distributor ecosystem. Proven track record in channel sales, dealer management, and market expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory. Interview Process Mode: Virtual interview via Google Meet
