Byg Brewski is a dynamic player in the fast-paced F&B and hospitality sector, operating premium casual dining and cloud kitchen brands across India. We blend operational excellence with customer-centric innovation to scale high-volume, high-margin formats while maintaining consistent quality and brand experience. This role is critical to driving day-to-day execution, team leadership, and P&L accountability across our flagship outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, compliance, and guest experience.
• Drive Revenue and Manage P&L, track KPIs like COGS, labor cost, wastage, and customer satisfaction; implement corrective actions to drive profitability.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team to deliver exceptional service, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, food safety regulations (FSSAI), and company policies across all outlets under supervision.
• Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance to align operational execution with business goals and launch initiatives effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement through process adherance, staff training, and data-driven decision-making to enhance throughput and reduce costs.
