Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager – Marketing, based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing and managing marketing efforts, developing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, and leading sales initiatives. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals while ensuring brand consistency and growth within competitive markets.

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Proven experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing data to inform decisions
• Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to motivate and oversee a team effectively
• Demonstrated success in driving Sales initiatives and achieving targets
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with jewelry and luxury retail industries is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic and high-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
