Role Description

• Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation and route planning
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods/consignments
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and compliance documentation
• Manage drivers, track attendance, and ensure adherence to company policies
• Maintain trip records, fuel logs, and cost control measures
• Coordinate with internal teams for planning and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and Transportation Management
• Proficiency in Fleet Management
• Ability to lead a team and resolve operational challenges effectively
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in transportation and logistics
• Familiarity with scheduling and performance monitoring tools is an advantage
• Graduate degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
