Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves providing administrative and operational support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting in daily office tasks. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Assistant will also liaise with team members and clients to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and managing calendars
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in basic office software tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email platforms
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for efficient task execution
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience is preferred but not required
  • Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field, are a plus
