We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer / AI-ML Engineer to join our technology team in Gurugram. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data-Driven Systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models that solve real business problems.

• Assist in building and training Machine Learning and AI models
• Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model development
• Implement ML algorithms for prediction, classification, and automation tasks
• Support deployment of AI models into production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Document model design, experiments, and performance metrics
• Continuously learn and apply new AI/ML tools and frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised learning)
• Knowledge of Python programming
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn (TensorFlow/PyTorch is a plus)
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

• Exposure to Deep Learning or NLP concepts
• Hands-on academic or project experience in AI/ML
• Understanding of APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP – basic level)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
