About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Analyst – Application Services to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and AI techniques to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms
• Work with large datasets for data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Build scalable data pipelines and automation workflows using Python
• Deploy machine learning models and monitor performance in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Document models, workflows, and generate insights-driven reports
• Continuously explore new AI/ML tools and innovations
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and scalability of ML solutions

Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning & Data Analysis
• Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Experience in model deployment and monitoring
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in handling large-scale datasets
• Exposure to AI/ML innovations and modern architectures
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
