The Job Profile Is As Under
- CS Trainee who has passed Professional level with good academic scores.
- Should have interest in consulting & advisory work.
- Well versed with Companies Act, 2013, Listing regulations & FEMA regulations
- Basic knowledge of Secretarial & Legal functions.
- Excellent drafting skills;

Role Specific Skillsets
Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,
- Assisting in organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meeting and annual general meetings (AGMs) of Listed & unlisted clients.
- Assisting in quarterly & annul Stock Exchange filings of Listed Company
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- Assisting in advisory work on regulatory requirements under Foreign Exchange Control laws, Companies Act and SEBI Regulations;
- Assisting in advising and implementation of restructuring projects which includes mergers, demerger, capital reduction, buyback etc.
- Assisting in domestic & cross border M&A transactions including due diligence, documentation, execution and completion of transactions and regulatory compliances
- Providing services under Company law and SEBI regulations to retained client
- Finalizing client deliverables in consultation with the Senior Team members;
- Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
