Job brief

We are looking for an execution-driven and creatively strong Area Visual Merchandiser to lead VM standards across 22 stores in the North region. The role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, impactful in-store presentation, and strong commercial execution across all assigned locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end visual merchandising across stores in the North region, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards and VM guidelines.business.
  • Plan and execute window displays, mannequin styling, floor presentation, category adjacencies, and seasonal or festive launches.
  • Prepare store layouts, space allocation plans, product zoning, and display updates based on brand direction and business priorities.
  • Track sales performance, sell-through, stock movement, and display effectiveness to support commercial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with HO, regional, operations, and store teams to execute VM directives within timelines and standards.
  • Train store teams on VM fundamentals, launch guidelines, mannequin styling, display upkeep, and brand presentation standards.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotional displays, campaign rollouts, new launches, and VM changes across all stores.
  • Support new store openings, store refits, resets, and special projects as per business requirements.
  • Manage VM material coordination, installation quality, and upkeep of visual assets across stores.


Must Have

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail visual merchandising.workable+2
  • Education from NIFT, FDDI, or an equivalent fashion/design institute preferred.
  • Strong sense of styling, display planning, and retail storytelling.
  • Good understanding of brand standards, commercial VM, and customer flow.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software.
  • Experience handling multiple stores and coordinating with retail teams.
  • Willingness to travel across cities in the North region.
