🚨 Urgent Hiring | Area Manager / Channel Manager – Mortgages (DSA Channel) | Reputed Bank | Delhi
A reputed bank is looking for experienced professionals to join its Mortgage Sales team.
📍 Location: Delhi
Role Overview
Candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network to drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business while ensuring strong portfolio quality and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sourcing
- Develop and expand the DSA network across the assigned territory.
- Drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new DSA partners.
- Monitor the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Channel Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings.
- Train DSAs on products, documentation, processes, and credit guidelines.
Performance Management
- Monitor DSA productivity, lead conversions, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Improve or replace low-performing channels.
Portfolio & Credit Quality
- Ensure quality sourcing aligned with credit and risk parameters.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth processing.
- Analyze rejection trends and improve documentation quality.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and payout structures.
- Provide inputs on product improvements and pricing strategies.
Eligibility
Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
Experience
- Channel Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in secured lending through the DSA channel.
- Area Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience with team handling (3–4 members) in the mortgage business.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Expertise in DSA channel management and relationship building.
- Good understanding of KYC, basic credit underwriting, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in MIS reporting, sales funnel management, and business development.
- Self-driven with excellent execution and field sales orientation.
Business Expectations
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets aligned with national productivity benchmarks.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure consistent business growth, portfolio quality, and cross-selling of insurance products.
