These services are facilitated by our robust network of Master Distributors, Distributors, and Retailers. Our mission is to empower individuals in underserved areas with access to financial tools and enable our B2B partners, including small businesses and local service centers, to drive revenue growth by offering these critical services within their communities.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Area Sales Managers based anywhere in India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations within your designated territory and build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners such as retailers/Merchants. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Additionally, you will provide training and support to partners to enhance their sales capabilities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partner Management
  • Must have a network and experience of onboarding channel partners/retailers for AEPS, Bill Payments & Recharge, Indo Nepal & UPI to Cash/ATM, Soundbox and POS machines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies
  • Experience in training and supporting channel partners.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics to track performance and targets
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and work independently
  • Minimum Graduation in any field.
