About cult.sport : Sport is a preserver of health and curefit aims to make health easy. Therefore, the largest fitness brand in India now aims to build the largest sports destination in the country with cult.sport India is a country with a Billion+ sports fans, but only a few take the field.
cult.sport aims to enable sports for India by building India’s largest omni- channel sporting products destination for its growing community of sports fans. Our current portfolio of products includes sportswear, smartwatches, sporting supplements, training equipment, cycles, etc.
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives. Also, delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluate the performance of the sales team, and prepare concise sales reports.
Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of the product and its market for which you are appointed for
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Good business sense to forecast sales goals and its achievement.
The ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
Initiative and enthusiasm towards his targets and company’s goal
Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
The ability to work calmly under pressure with their team.
Regular visits to dealers’ stores for procurement of orders and collection of payments as per company’s policy
Handling knowledge of primary and secondary sales.
Knowledge of launching new product and its placement.
Developing and managing customer relationship.
Keep watch on competitors’ activities and market trend.
Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
Evaluate Vendors’ skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationship
Requirement:
Excellent phone and presentation skills to satisfy the customers.
Experience 5+ years
Excellent communication and 'people skills'
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Self-motivated and driven.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
