Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Vista Tech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, handling hot calls, and supporting team growth through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in B2C and B2B markets
  • Handle hot leads and inbound/outbound sales calls
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the team to improve sales performance
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
  • Maintain customer data and sales reports
  • Support team members and contribute to team management activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2C and B2B sales
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Team player with leadership qualities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Any graduate (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
