Position: Area Sales Manager
Industry Focus: Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention Systems, Fire Protection Solutions
Experience Required: Minimum 8+ Years (strictly from Fire Industry)
CTC Range: ₹8 LPA – ₹20 LPA (depending on relevant experience)
Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Kolkata
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in the Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention, or Fire Protection industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and expand market presence across assigned regions. This role requires deep industry knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Fire Fighting / Fire Protection domain.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong pipelines, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Promote fire prevention systems, fire protection equipment, and related solutions to targeted customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, service) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives in the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience strictly in Fire Fighting / Fire Protection / Fire Prevention industry.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple regions and deliver consistent results.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Competitive CTC range: ₹8 LPA – ₹20 LPA (based on relevant experience and expertise in the Fire Industry).
