Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Cuttack. The role involves managing and driving sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring market trends to capitalize on business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also prepare sales forecasts and reports, while providing support and training to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Problem-Solving
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective Marketing and Sales strategies
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership abilities
- Proficiency in using sales-related tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the chemical industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned area
