Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with retailers, monitoring sales performance, and achieving territory-specific sales targets. The role also includes overseeing a team, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering insights to drive business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as supply chain and marketing is essential to ensure efficient retail operations.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in managing sales targets and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the region
  • Market research and analysis capabilities to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Team management and leadership experience to supervise and motivate sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the consumer electronics or IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
