Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Key Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products in the assigned region
- Identify and onboard channel partners, EPCs, system integrators, and distributors
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business deals
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
- Build relationships with commercial & industrial (C&I), institutional, and government clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Key Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in solar, energy storage, power solutions, or related industry
- Strong understanding of BESS, solar systems, inverters, or power backup solutions
- Proven track record in B2B / project sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
