Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in uttarpradesh, India. The Area Sales Manager will lead sales operations within an assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. They will set and achieve sales targets, implement promotional strategies, train and support team members, and provide regular sales performance reports. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential for achieving growth objectives in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Experience in client relationship management, building networks, and fostering long-term partnerships
• Strategic planning and analytical skills to develop sales strategies and achieve measurable results
• Team management and leadership experience, including training and motivating team members
• Knowledge of the electrical industry, with understanding of products like switches, MCBs, and wiring (preferred)
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
