• Territory Management – Oversee specified area and ensure market share.
  
• Dealer Relationships – Maintain and expand partnerships.
  
• Business Sourcing – Acquire high-quality business aligned with policies.
  
• Compliance & Hygiene – Adhere to product hygiene (PDD, NACH, etc.).
  
• Target Delivery – Achieve top & bottom-line business goals.
  
• Training – Train Loan Executives on go-to-market strategies.
  ✅ Candidate Requirements
  
• ** Education

**: Graduation (mandatory), MBA/Post Graduation (preferred).

• ** Experience

**: 3–5 years in NBFC/Banking (preferred).

• ** Domain Knowledge

**: Vehicle finance industry, product & market trends.

• ** Financial Understanding

**: Strong grasp of financial concepts relevant to two-wheeler loans.

• ** Soft Skills

**: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
