Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect based in Chandigarh, India. The Senior Architect will lead the conceptualization and execution of architectural designs, ensuring innovation and adherence to project requirements. Responsibilities include managing projects from initial concept to completion, supervising technical integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing software tools and development processes. This role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio of innovative projects.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration for seamless collaboration across tools and platforms.
• Strong Project Management skills, including budget management, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly design is a plus.
• Experience with handling large-scale projects and a track record of delivering results within tight deadlines.
