Role Description The Architect role at Noida Architects Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Sambhal. The Architect will design and document scalable Salesforce and related system architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to refine solution requirements, overseeing integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems, and guiding software development teams on architectural standards and implementation approaches. The role also involves conducting technical reviews, optimizing existing solutions, and contributing to reusable frameworks and best-practice guidelines. The Architect will participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, support architecture governance, and help mentor less-experienced team members.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development, including working with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in Integration concepts and patterns, such as APIs, middleware, and data synchronization.
• Solid Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, including best practices for data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sambhal, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly beneficial; progress toward CTA is a plus.
