• Develop architectural & interior concepts
• Prepare detailed drawings and presentations.
• Coordinate with site & execution teams.
• Interact with clients.
• Assist in material selection & vendor coordination.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• 1–4 years of experience preferred
• Strong design sensibility
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D tools
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Ownership attitude
• Strong communication skills

• Develop concept designs, space planning layouts, and presentation decks for large-scale luxury projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings ready for site execution.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to ensure technical alignment.
• Review and issue drawing revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Attend client meetings and assist in presenting design concepts and updates.
• Conduct site visits to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Resolve on-site design and detailing challenges in coordination with the execution team.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor, Draughtsman, and Project Coordinator for smooth workflow.
• Review vendor shop drawings and material samples for design accuracy and quality standards.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, material specifications, and finish schedules.
• Monitor design timelines and ensure milestone-based delivery.
• Maintain organized project documentation and digital records.
• Ensure all drawings follow internal standards, detailing accuracy, and execution feasibility.
• Support cost-effective decision-making without compromising design quality.
• Take ownership of assigned project packages from concept through completion.
