Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Telecommunications Specialist. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless network operation, and addressing customer inquiries with exceptional service. The Specialist will also engage with teams to develop and optimize telecommunications strategies, provide technical expertise, and resolve system-related issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting telecommunications issues and providing timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and certifications in telecommunications is a plus
