Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to learners preparing for competitive exams and professional assessments. This full-time, on-site role in Vijayawada involves planning lesson schedules, designing engaging activities, creating practice questions and tests, and evaluating learner performance through regular assessments. The trainer will provide clear explanations of concepts, offer personalized feedback, and support learners in building exam strategies and confidence. The role also includes updating training materials, collaborating with academic teams to refine curriculum, and maintaining a structured, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, teachable steps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear classroom delivery and the ability to explain concepts to learners with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in training or teaching for competitive exams, campus placements, or professional aptitude tests; prior classroom or coaching center experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to design practice questions, mock tests, and lesson plans, and to use feedback and performance data to improve learning outcomes.
• Comfort with basic educational technology, such as digital presentations, online test platforms, and learning management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or Education is an added advantage.
• Strong classroom management skills, patience, and the ability to create an inclusive, encouraging environment for learners at different skill levels.
• Willingness to work full time from the Vijayawada campus, with flexibility to handle batches at different times, including weekends if required.
