Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Aptitude Trainer with expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability, and Competitive Examination Training to enhance students' analytical abilities, strengthen placement readiness, and prepare them for competitive and corporate assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver aptitude training sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability for PGDM students.
• Design structured training modules, practice materials, mock tests, and assessment tools aligned with placement and competitive examination requirements.
• Prepare students for CAT, XAT, campus recruitment tests, and corporate aptitude assessments.
• Track student performance, provide individual mentoring, and implement improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the Placement Cell and academic departments to enhance students' employability and placement outcomes.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives related to student development and academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent academic record with strong quantitative and analytical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM with a strong aptitude background.
• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (desirable).
• Certification in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analytics, Competitive Examination Training, or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated success in training students for CAT/XAT or corporate aptitude assessments.

Experience

• Experience in Aptitude Training, Quantitative Reasoning, Competitive Examination Coaching, or Higher Education.
• Prior experience in training MBA/PGDM students for campus placements.
