Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior IMC (Inside Market Consultant) to support our enterprise marketing and business development initiatives.
This role combines Sales Development Representative (SDR), Lead Generation, Appointment Generation, and Delegate Acquisition responsibilities. The ideal candidate will identify and engage senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for the sales team, and drive registrations for exclusive CXO events. As this role supports global campaigns, candidates must be flexible to work in shifts aligned with the assigned campaign's regional time zone (APAC, Middle East, Europe, Australia, UK, or North America).

Key Responsibilities
SDR & Lead Generation
- Identify and research target enterprise accounts and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify prospects based on campaign objectives and client requirements.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/business development team.
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize meeting conversions.
- Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth meeting execution.
- Invite and confirm senior technology and business leaders for executive roundtables, conferences, webinars, and leadership forums.
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Digital Leaders, and business executives.
- Maintain high-quality attendee profiles aligned with sponsor objectives.
- Drive registrations and attendance for both physical and virtual events.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing contacts.
- Understand customer business priorities and technology initiatives.
- Build and maintain accurate enterprise databases.
- Update CRM with interactions, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
- Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls to senior executives
- Experience with cold calling and consultative conversations
- Good LinkedIn prospecting and email communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any of the following:
- SDR (Sales Development Representative)
- Lead Generation
- Appointment Setting
- Delegate Acquisition
- B2B Inside Sales
- Business Development
- Event Delegate Acquisition
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience interacting with senior decision-makers
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Graduate in any discipline
