Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Application Specialist specializing in Specialty Polymers. The responsibilities include providing technical application support, troubleshooting performance concerns, assisting in developing innovative polymer solutions, analyzing application challenges, and serving as a bridge between the technical and commercial teams. The Application Specialist will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of polymer solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance and diagnose application issues
• Proficiency in Application Support with expertise in Specialty Polymers
• Experience in Troubleshooting technical and operational challenges
• Exceptional Communication and collaboration skills
• Technical Support experience in polymer applications or related fields
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with polymer processing techniques and materials is an advantage
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
