Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Digital Core – Test Factory Senior Lead


The 'Test Factory Senior Lead' is responsible for setting up and managing a central 'Test Factory Capability' covering Regression Testing (manual and automated) and Performance Testing. This will enable regular, independent and efficient Regression and Performance Testing throughout the application Lifecyle (from project through support phases). The Test Factory will provide QA services upon request and based on specification / requirements from project teams and support teams. The goal is to protect the applications in scope from potential negative impact of changes.

The QA services, under the responsibility of the 'Test Factory Senior Lead', will be delivered through strategic third-party vendor(s).


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with strategic third-party partner(s) to setup and run the Test Factory capability.
  • Design, setup, operate and continuously improve the Test Factory capability.
  • Define and Communicate tools / processes / ways of working to stakeholders.
  • Define and enable engagement model with Project and Support teams.
  • Define and run service reviews with internal customers (project and support teams).
  • Establish Service metrics (with a focus on measuring value).
  • Continuously review and improve the QA services delivered by Test Factory to our internal customers (project and support teams).
  • Continuously review and improve the services delivered by our strategic third-party partner.
  • Define and implement cost recovery model.
  • Establish and operate demand management process for QA services delivered by Test Factory.
  • Adjust capacity / skills to demand.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science - or equivalent in experience.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA IT implementation, with significant time spent in Quality Assurance / DevOps roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects that involve both development and operations aspects.
  • Experience with setting up and managing services delivered via third party partners (ideally Testing / QA factory)
  • Experience with Client QA and DevOps processes and tools (TOSCA, Neoload, LiveCompare, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM, CI/CD pipelines...)
  • Understanding of basic IT infrastructure and networking
  • Experience with SAP implementation projects and transforming business at scale and speed.
