We're looking for Analysts!

Responsibilities

Establishes baseline carbon footprint across each category within global operations: manufacturing, components, raw material and supply chain, purchased goods and services, packaging and transportation.
Supports the development the annual carbon reduction target, budget, project pipeline across global ops to achieve 2030 targets.
Support the digitalization of carbon emission measurement, tracking, and reporting across HPE's BUs to display carbon emissions breakdown by BU, by product and service. This is a first-in-industry effort which HPE aims to utilize to support HPE's environmental reporting
Applies advanced, analytical approaches towards measuring and reducing carbon footprint within each Scope 3 carbon emissions category and collaborates across internal stakeholders, leaders within manufacturing, components, planning and operations to drive actions and achieve results.
Supports senior SMEs to lead large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance across HPE product/service.
Supports complex strategic projects and initiatives from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
Consults with business leaders for new growth opportunities, technology innovations and zero-carbon solutions which HPE should invest in to drive results.
Supports creation of new frameworks for managing HPE's sustainability and environmental program.
