Performance-Based Role | REMOTE | Full-Time


ABOUT UNITEDLYS

Unitedlys is a fast-growing, premium wellness and personal care brand selling on Amazon India since 2017. Our portfolio spans magnesium sulphate / Epsom salt wellness products, personal care, and new wellness launches, with an ambitious month-on-month growth roadmap across Amazon, Quick Commerce, and emerging channels.


ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring an Amazon Ads Manager to own paid growth across our Amazon business end-to-end. This is not a "run the campaigns and report numbers" role. We need someone who thinks like a business owner — obsessed with profitable growth, not just spend or impressions.


This is a performance-first, profit-accountable role. You will be measured on revenue growth AND profitability (ACOS/TACOS), not vanity metrics. If you're looking for a purely execution-based, hands-off role, this is not for you.


LOCATION & WORK DETAILS

- Location: Bengaluru ( Remote )

- Role Type: Full-Time

- Experience: 2–3+ years hands-on PPC / Amazon Ads experience

- Reporting To: Founder

- Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred


WHAT YOU WILL OWN


1. Amazon Ads – Core Ownership

- Manage and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Video campaigns across multiple seller accounts

- Own bid, budget, and keyword strategy — including negative keyword hygiene and search term mining

- Drive down ACOS/TACOS while growing revenue — profitability is a KPI, not an afterthought

- Run day-parting and hour-level bid strategies to eliminate wasted spend during low-conversion windows

- Diagnose and fix suppressed, flagged, or underperforming ASINs and campaigns quickly


2. Quick Commerce Growth

- Build and execute our Quick Commerce growth plan (Amazon Now, Blinkit, and similar platforms) as a parallel growth engine to Amazon

- Manage ads, placements, and promotions on Quick Commerce platforms to drive discovery and repeat purchase

- Work with the team to expand SKU count and catalog depth needed to unlock and scale Quick Commerce eligibility


3. Cross-Channel Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (lead gen and e-commerce) to drive external traffic to our Amazon listings and D2C funnels

- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

- Use Microsoft Clarity to identify user behaviour issues and recommend CRO improvements


4. Amazon Listing SEO Support

- Keyword research, backend keyword optimization, and search term opportunity discovery

- Support title and bullet point optimization and competitor keyword benchmarking


5. Reporting & Strategy

- Deliver weekly reports: keyword opportunities, competitor analysis, search volume trends, ranking movement, campaign performance, and clear optimization recommendations — not just raw numbers

- Proactively bring new growth strategies to the table — new campaign types, automation, AI-assisted optimization, or category expansion ideas


MANDATORY SKILLS

- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Remarketing)- (Training Can be Given)

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram — lead gen and e-commerce)- (Training Can be Given)

- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display & Video)

- Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

- Microsoft Clarity

- Strong Excel / spreadsheet-based analysis


REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2–3+ years of hands-on PPC / Amazon Ads experience with clear ownership of ACOS/TACOS outcomes

- Proven ability to manage ad spend and campaigns for accounts doing significant monthly revenue

- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable making optimization decisions independently, without hand-holding

- Excellent communication and reporting skills — able to explain the "why" behind every recommendation

- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and genuine ownership mentality

- Prior exposure to Quick Commerce advertising (Blinkit, Amazon Now, Zepto, Instamart) is a strong plus
