The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to own the product roadmap for our Amazon Advertising suite — spanning AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) and DSP (Demand-Side Platform). This is a high-impact IC role with a clear runway to leadership for someone who is hungry, hands-on, and driven by outcomes.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, and client success teams to build and ship features that directly influence hundreds of millions of dollars in ad spend.


What You Will Do

  1. Own the AMS & DSP product roadmap — from ideation through prioritization, scoping, and launch
  2. Translate advertiser pain points and internal data signals into crisp product requirements and user stories
  3. Work with engineering and data teams to define and ship features that improve ad performance, automation, and reporting
  4. Monitor competitive landscape across Amazon Advertising, Meta, Google, and TikTok ad platforms and surface opportunities
  5. Define and track product KPIs — ROAS improvement, ACoS reduction, adoption rates, feature engagement
  6. Collaborate with client success and account management teams to validate product decisions with real advertiser feedback
  7. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management in an agile environment


What We Are Looking For

Must-haves

  1. 5+ years of Product Management experience along with team management role is perfectly fine — we care about impact, not titles
  2. Deep, hands-on expertise with Amazon AMS and DSP Non-negotiable — you should be able to speak fluently about campaign structures, bid strategies, DSP audiences, and attribution models.
  3. Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision making
  4. Excellent communication skills — you write crisp PRDs, run tight meetings, and can present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
