AM/DM – QMS (Quality Management System)

We are looking for a Quality Management professional to drive system compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with IATF 16949 standards.

• Plan and conduct internal audits as per IATF 16949 to assess compliance and identify non-conformities
• Document audit findings with proper evidence in a structured and systematic manner
• Analyze risks and inefficiencies during system and process audits
• Support customer audits and certification body audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Monitor closure of non-conformities through root cause analysis
• Conduct process audits and strengthen quality systems

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949:2016
• Certified Internal Quality Auditor
• Hands-on experience with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plan)
• Certified Green Belt / Black Belt (Six Sigma) preferred
• Strong analytical and risk-based thinking approach
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical with 9–12 years experience
• OR
• Diploma in Mechanical with 12–14 years experience
