Application Support Specialist - AM Applications

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Smart Metering, Home Energy Systems (HES), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), and application support.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective application support for AM Applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Smart Metering, HES, MDM, and AMI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in Smart Metering and AMI.

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in application support, with a focus on Smart Metering, HES, MDM, and AMI.
Strong understanding of application support principles, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Excellent technical skills, including experience with application support tools and technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
