About Us:

One Advertising is a real estate-focused performance marketing agency with clients including Godrej Properties, DAMAC, Eldeco. We've managed ₹150Cr+ in ad spend and are known for delivering qualified real estate leads at a fraction of industry-standard costs. We're expanding our in-house creative capability and looking for a video editor who can move fast, think in terms of performance (not just polish), and is comfortable working with AI video tools alongside traditional editing software.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-performing ad videos for Meta and Google campaigns across real estate projects (residential, commercial, luxury villas, plotted developments)
  • Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video content using tools like Higgsfield and other generative AI video platforms
  • Create fast-turnaround social and performance content using CapCut for quick edits and trend-responsive formats
  • Handle advanced editing, color grading, and compositing in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
  • Translate project briefs, floor plans, renders, and site visuals into compelling short-form and long-form video assets
  • Build video variations for A/B testing across ad creatives (different hooks, CTAs, pacing) to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to align video output with campaign goals and CPL targets
  • Stay current on AI video tool updates and bring new formats/techniques into the workflow


What we are looking for:


  • 2–4 years of hands-on video editing experience, ideally with some exposure to real estate, or performance-marketing-driven content generating leads
  • Working knowledge of Higgsfield or similar AI video generation tools
  • Strong proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience creating ad videos built for conversion, not just aesthetics — understands hooks, pacing, and platform-native formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with fast turnaround expectations
  • An eye for real estate visual storytelling — space, scale, lifestyle, and aspiration
  • Bonus: experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for supporting creative assets
