Role Description The AI & Robotics Trainer is a full-time role responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions in robotics, coding, and basic AI concepts to school-age learners. This hybrid position is based in Nagpur, with a mix of on-site classroom sessions and some work-from-home tasks such as lesson planning, content development, and student progress documentation. Daily activities include preparing and executing practical STEM lessons, guiding learners through building and programming robots, troubleshooting technical issues during workshops, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment. The trainer will collaborate with the curriculum team to refine teaching materials, support assessments, and participate in workshops, events, and demonstrations that promote STEM education. The role also involves clear communication with parents, partner schools, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on learner progress and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot operation for educational or training environments.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in robotics setups.
• Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to keep robotics equipment and training kits safe, reliable, and classroom-ready.
• Candidates should possess Robotic Welding or related industrial robotics exposure, which can be applied to advanced demonstrations or project-based learning.
• Strong understanding of STEM concepts, including basic coding (e.g., Scratch, Python) and introductory AI principles.
• Previous experience as a trainer, teacher, facilitator, or mentor in STEM, robotics, or technology education is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications in robotics or STEM education are an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including conducting sessions on-site in Nagpur and managing preparation or reporting tasks remotely.
