What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using AI-powered solutions.
- Build AI-assisted workflows, SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and automations.
- Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution.
- Own operational projects from planning to implementation.
- Document and standardize scalable operational processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This is a full-time, Work from Office role based in Delhi.
- 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or a similar role.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills.
- AI-enabled work such as automations, workflows, dashboards, or SOPs will be an added advantage.

- Work Timings - You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
