Continuous Improvement Analyst, Ranjangaon – Your future Position?

We are looking for a forward-thinking Continuous Improvement (CI) Executive who combines traditional lean methodologies with cutting-edge AI capabilities and statistical thinking. This role is at the intersection of operational excellence and digital transformation — ideal for someone who is innovative, data-driven, and passionate about building smarter, faster, and more resilient systems.

Keen to get going? Then this could be your pivotal CI move

In this role you will focus on

CI Project Execution & Coordination

Lead and coordinate ongoing CI projects across site operations, from ideation to measurable impact.

Partner with the CI Manager to drive GPS (Global Performance System) implementation and track world-class improvement benchmarks.

Actively facilitate Kaizen events, 5S audits, and cross-functional problem-solving workshops.

Performance Management & Standards

Maintain and evolve standards that power the KPI tree and performance management framework.

Build and manage dashboards for real-time visibility of CI metrics across departments.

Monitor projects end-to-end; support project managers on risk, scope, and delivery.

AI & Digital Tools Integration

Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and process diagnostics.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive CI reporting and tracking using scripts or low-code/no-code platforms.

Stay current on emerging AI tools relevant to CI and champion their adoption within the team.

Statistical Analysis & Data Insights

Apply statistical tools (Minitab, R, Python, or equivalent) for hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and capability studies.

Design and interpret control charts, Pareto analyses, and DOE (Design of Experiments) to drive data-backed decisions.

Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for operational and leadership teams.

Training & Capability Building

Coordinate and deliver CI training programs (Lean Yellow Belt, 5S, Problem Solving, Kaizen) across functions and sites.

Develop learning content using modern formats — e-learning modules, visual SOPs, and AI-assisted training aids.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Prepare and compile CI reports for monthly regional and local operations reviews.

Collaborate closely with all departments and stakeholders to align CI initiatives with business goals.

Create compelling presentations that communicate CI progress, ROI, and next steps to senior leadership.

You?

If you possess strong data driven and communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and possess an interest in working in a creative industry, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Your professional profile includes

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline).
  • 3–5 years of experience in CI/Lean roles within FMCG or Pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies on the shop floor.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel — pivot tables, Power Query, macros, and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical software
