Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage end-to-end email campaign automation workflows (acquisition, onboarding, nurture, retention).
Use AI/ML tools to generate content, subject lines, and optimize send times.
AI Email Marketing Automation (AI software, AI Automation tools, N8N, Zapier, Claude)
Segment audiences using predictive analytics and customer intent signals.
Generate Leads for the company
Email Warm-up and verification
Test and optimize campaigns using A/B, multi-variate, and AI-assisted experimentation.
Track performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, revenue per mailer) and report insights to Marketing and Product teams.
Maintain deliverability best practices, compliance, and data hygiene.
Collaborate with CRM, product, and analytics teams to align automated email flows with customer journeys.

Required Experience & Skills

3+ years in AI email marketing or AI marketing automation.
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier, N8N, marketer AI engines).
Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
Strong analytical skills and A/B testing experience.
