We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered systems that automate internal business workflows. This includes building intelligent agents, integrating AI with communication platforms like WhatsApp, automating recruitment processes (CV parsing and analysis), and creating AI-driven tools to improve office productivity.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in AI/LLMs, automation, APIs, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Agent & Workflow Development
Design and develop AI agents for business operations
Build multi-step automated workflows using LLMs
Implement systems that can reason, retrieve information, and perform tasks
2. WhatsApp & Communication Automation
Build automated WhatsApp systems using APIs
Implement AI chatbots for customer or internal communication
Integrate WhatsApp automation with CRM, databases, and internal tools
3. Recruitment Automation
Build systems to automatically fetch CVs from multiple sources
Implement AI-based resume parsing and candidate scoring
Create dashboards for candidate comparison and analysis
4. Office Process Automation
Automate repetitive office tasks
Integrate AI with:
Google Workspace / Microsoft tools
CRM systems
Internal databases
5. AI Model Integration
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
Optimize prompts and AI pipelines
6. System Architecture
Design scalable backend systems for AI workflows
Maintain databases and vector stores
Ensure reliability and performance of automation systems
