Work you'll do
As a Product Manager Consultant in Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AM&C) practice, you will contribute to building, enhancing, and launching digital products-bringing a practical, outcomes-focused product mindset and supporting AI-enabled approaches where appropriate. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to translate objectives into clear product direction, measure progress, and deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work you'll do

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to translate objectives into clear product direction, measure progress, and deliver meaningful customer experiences.
You will:
- Product discovery & strategy: Partner with stakeholders to define product goals, success metrics, and tradeoffs; translate ambiguous inputs into clear problem statements; contribute to product vision, roadmap, and prioritization decisions.
- Delivery & execution: Own and maintain backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps; write clear requirements and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering and design to deliver valuable software; make timely decisions to unblock teams; validate solutions through feedback, iteration, and measurement.
- Collaboration & communication: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly and proactively; support stakeholder presentations and product demos to share progress and learnings.
- AI and emerging technology enablement: Stay current on emerging technologies (including AI use cases); support research and experimentation to identify where AI can accelerate discovery, delivery, or operations; contribute to team learning and healthy adoption.
- Operational effectiveness: Document product decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs; operate effectively within governance and constraints; anticipate delivery, technical, and organizational risks and raise them early.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience building software with cross-functional teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience using GenAI to accelerate the product development process
- Prior experience with consulting or working with Fortune 500 size companies
