We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer with a deep focus on on-premise application development to join our core engineering team.
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable B2B SaaS applications, bridging the gap between high-performance backend services and responsive frontend interfaces.
This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in an Agile environment and is looking to transition into a long-term core leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development : Design and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
Backend & APIs : Build robust services using C#, .NET, or Java.
Frontend Excellence : Develop efficient, responsive UIs using Angular (14+), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Infrastructure : Support and optimize applications specifically deployed in on-premise environments.
Search & Data : Implement advanced search capabilities via OpenSearch and manage both SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Collaboration : Participate in Scrum processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.

Technical Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
Proven expertise in developing and supporting applications on on-premise infrastructure (non-cloud).
Strong Backend : Proficiency in C#, .NET, or Java.
Strong Frontend : Hands-on experience with Angular (14+), React, or similar frameworks.
Data Systems : Solid understanding of Relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Search Technologies : Direct exposure to OpenSearch.
Industry Background : Previous experience within B2B SaaS companies is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Experience leading technical design discussions.
Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers.
Ability to set and maintain high engineering standards and architectural guidelines.
