Presales Lead

Job Title: Pre-Sales Lead
Location: Pune, India

Shift Timings: US/UK Shift

• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft compelling IT services / solutions proposals.
• Lead solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations across services such as AI, Cloud, Application Development, Data, etc.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions and articulate value propositions to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with delivery, architecture, and SMEs to build the value propositions.
• Drive deal qualification, solution sizing, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.
• Support client workshops, demos, and PoCs during the sales cycle.
• Develop reusable solution assets, pitch decks, and proposal templates.
• Mentor junior pre-sales analysts and ensure quality of proposals.

Typical Requirements

• 8-12 years in a pre-sale's role at a mid-large IT services / consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (cloud, data, apps, integration, etc.).
• Financial services domain experience will be a big plus.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
