AGM/DGM - HR & Admin

We are seeking an experienced AGM/DGM - HR & Admin to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Operations, HR ERP, and Administration, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and maintain HR ERP systems, including Dynamics 365, to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
  • Oversee Administration functions, including canteen management, vendor management, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws and tax laws.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance, leave, and performance records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in HR Operations, HR ERP, and Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR ERP systems, including Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
