Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation completed in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales
- Strong interpersonal skills
