Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.


Eligibility Criteria :


  • Graduation completed in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
