About the Role

The Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loans is responsible for acquiring new customers for two-wheeler loans across designated branches in India. This role involves direct customer interaction, explaining and selling banking products, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. The role holder will supervise catchment mapping, gather customer feedback, and identify potential business opportunities. The position is key to driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and maximizing lifetime customer value in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans within the identified segment and catchment area.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs.
  • Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer requirements and business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with the bank’s standards and policies.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach team members to instill a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
  • Foster an environment focused on automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Attract and retain top talent to support the bank’s rapid growth objectives.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience

  • 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in retail banking or loan products.

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and loan processes.
  • Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Commitment to compliance and operational discipline.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
