Role Description The Affiliate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners to drive revenue and user growth for Cashbuzzr. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, negotiating affiliate agreements, and monitoring campaign performance and KPIs. The Affiliate Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to align affiliate strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives, optimize offers and creatives, and provide regular performance reports and insights. The role also involves market research, competitor benchmarking, and continuous improvement of affiliate programs to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present data and proposals effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills, with experience identifying prospects, converting leads, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, relationship building, and strategic account development.
  • Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills, with familiarity in online advertising, performance marketing, and analytics related to affiliate campaigns.
  • Relevant experience in affiliate marketing, online media, or advertising technology is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
