The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Ads Operations Executive to support the execution of advertising and brand visibility campaigns across noon’s platform based in India. This role will work closely with internal teams and external brands/vendors to ensure that all visibility touchpoints committed in commercial agreements are accurately executed, launched on time, and properly documented.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with an interest in marketing operations and e-commerce. This is a junior-level role, well-suited for candidates at the start of their careers who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Ads Operations team in maintaining strong relationships with external brands and vendors
- Ensure all visibility and media touchpoints promised in contractual agreements are executed as planned
- Coordinate campaign go-lives and track timelines to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Brief internal creative teams on campaign and asset requirements
- Create and manage campaign links where required
- Share Proof of Execution (POE) with external stakeholders post-campaign
- Communicate campaign details, updates, learnings, and insights to relevant partners
- Track multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Assist with basic reporting, coordination, and operational follow-ups as needed
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in brand operations, campaign execution, marketing operations, account support, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
